The Broker Evaluation Scorecard is on its way. Check your email for a direct download link. It should arrive in the next minute or two.

While you wait: most HR professionals who use this scorecard are surprised by two things.

First, how many categories their broker scores a zero on. Not because the broker is incompetent, but because these are things nobody ever asked about out loud.

After You Score Your Broker

However your broker scores, there's a clear next step:

❋ Score 45-50:

Your broker is performing well. Use the scorecard as a conversation starter at your next check-in. The categories make it easy to set clear expectations going forward.

❋ Score 34-44:

Good relationship with room to grow. Identify the lowest category and bring it up directly. A good broker will want to close those gaps.

Second, how much of their broker's job they've quietly absorbed over time.

The scorecard names those gaps. Once you've filled it out, you'll have a clear picture of where the relationship is strong, where it's falling short, and what a better standard of service actually looks like.

❋ Score below 34:

You deserve better and switching is easier than you think. A broker transition doesn't have to disrupt your employees or your current plan. It just means getting a partner who actually does the job.

Scored below 34 and want a second opinion?

Not ready to talk yet? That's fine. Use the scorecard first. You'll know where you stand after about five minutes.
